Despite Sarah being menopausal and Abraham being 100 years old, God's promise comes true and Isaac is born!     Genesis 5 - 6 - The Days of Noah, provides valuable insight into why our world is filled with so much corruption and violence at every level of humanity. Have you ever been hurt, offended or cheated and wondered why is the world evil? How could perfect creation digress into such chaos and perversion? God's Word teaches that mankind has a sin nature, which means no amount of human effort, showing up to church or doing good deeds can possibly reform our flesh. The Bible also reveals that since the beginning Satan has been trying to destroy the lineage of the Messiah by corrupting the human race.     Matthew 26 - Good Friday introduces us to the "Passion Week of Jesus Christ," demonstrating the depths of Jesus' love for us and what he was willing to endure to restore us to a right relationship with God.  In this message we will be looking at passages from each of the four gospels, getting a full picture of what Jesus accomplished during this Passion Week of His ministry.  The Jewish religious leaders who are seeking to kill Jesus are aided by Judas one of Jesus' disciples who betrays Him for thirty pieces of silver.  Matthew 26 - Good Friday illustrates the reason we are commanded to partake in communion and to remember what Jesus did on the cross for us.

    John 12:1-19 - The Triumphant Entry of King Jesus takes place just after Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead and His fame is now exploding! Things are not always as they appear on the surface. On the surface Jesus' fame is exploding! Millions in Jerusalem are hailing Jesus as their King. With shouts of Hosana they praise their long awaited Messiah and beg Him to save now! To everyone’s surprise Jesus does not receive their praise but instead displays sorrow and heartache at their apparent worship. What was the problem? As you listen to The Triumphant Entry of King Jesus you will begin to see what Jesus is looking for in our worship. John 12:1-19 - The Triumphant Entry of King Jesus teaches us that even in the midst of false worship, Jesus systematically moves towards the cross to purchase our salvation.

    Genesis 4:1-25 – The Right Way to Come to God

    Genesis 4:1-25 - The Right Way to Come to God, presents Adam and Eve's first child Cain, which reveals the truth that we cannot worship God any way we choose. Why do you go to church? Why do you volunteer time for community service? Is it to make yourself look good or is it your response to God's love for you? Cain's offering was rejected not because he brought the wrong stuff, but because he gave an offering to promote himself instead of worshiping God. Anger takes root in Cain's heart and leads to his brother's murder. Can your anger really lead to such a terrible crime? Sin separates us from God and we deceive ourselves when we think we have no sin. However, there is good news! God is not hard to please and He offers divine forgiveness for our sin. Genesis 4:1-25 - The Right Way to Come to God is found with a repentant heart, which results in God accepting you.
